Define the Problem //
what's the problem or opportunity?

Defining the problem is exactly as it sounds. You're likely coming to us with a problem or opportunity - you've already found it. What we want to do here from the jump is dive in to why that problem or opportunity exists. You don't just have a sales problem. It may be caused by reach, audience personas, or the lack of content itself! You don't just have a recruiting problem. Is it quality or quantity of candidates? Is it a brand equity or a next step problem?

You get the point. We create engaging, dynamic content, but we won't be able to measure success until we fully define the problem - that's why we start here!

Now that the Problem, Need, or Opportunity is understood and agreed upon - we can solve it! This is a FUN phase full of concepts, inspiration, potential and excitement, but we spend most of our time keeping the main thing, the main thing: Who, What, Where.

Who is the target audience that helps us solve the problem? What do they need to hear to take their next step? Where can we reach them to make sure we achieve the opportunity?

Creative gets all the attention... content strategy is what drives results.

Pre-Production //
planning & strategizing for smooth and effective creative execution

Strategy, creative, and execution all coming together! We've defined the problem and identified the solutions.. now it's time to develop them! This is where creative really starts to shine as moodboards, storyboards and shotlists are created while the logistics start humming along with production schedules, talent locations and call sheets all in motion.

Pre-Production is about bringing the concept strategy to life while holding big ideas loosely. As new information comes to the table, plans adapt. Proofs of concept go from prototype to plan of action. What if's turn into yes's - and no's - while reality is brought into play (boring, but SO important).

Efficacy, efficiency, and effectiveness. Pre-Production.

Production //

This is  where all the preparation pays off! Cameras roll, lights shine, and creativity is in full swing as the vision is brought to life. Production is where stories take shape, characters step into frame, and energy fills the set. Whether it’s directing talent, capturing stunning visuals, or nailing that perfect shot, this phase thrives on execution and collaboration.

Every detail counts—sound, lighting, camera angles, and teamwork—ensuring that the foundation laid builds something worthwhile. It’s action-packed, fast-moving, and endlessly exciting as creativity transforms into tangible results. Want to join us on set?

Post-Production //

This is where preperation meets iteration. We've defined the problem, built a strategy to solve it, developed a promising concept and executed.. now it's time for the internal testing! Every frame, sound, and motion is fine-tuned as edits evolve with precision, color correction brings scenes to life, and sound design ties it all together into a seamless experience.

Post-production, as mentioned, is a test.. or more accurately a series of them! Is this story arc working? How about now? What do we think about this? Could it be better if we...?

Post-production is an iterative process. We open candid feedback channels and get cracking! This is where storytelling comes into sharp focus (pun absolutely intended).
